It is easy to assume that portrait photography is something for the summer, especially with a studio like Louise Beattie Photography where I work on location and often outside. But this is not necessarily so and you can take some lovely portraits during the autumn and winter. The images have a different feel for sure, but there are lots of opportunities to take great photographs and easily change the look and feel of an image with accessories such as hats and scarves.
